Virat Kohli breaks Rahul Dravid’s 16-year Old Record at MCG

Ongoing India vs Australia series is currently facing its third test that started on December 26 and will end on December 30. The test series is currently level at 1-1 before the outcome of the Boxing Day Test.

Indian Captain Virat Kohli currently has a total of 1138 runs to his name while Rahul Dravid has 1137 runs to his name in overseas Tests in the year 2002. The list also has Mohinder Amarnath who has 1065 runs to his name in overseas Tests in the year 1983.

The list also features Sunil Gavaskar in the top four who has 918 runs in overseas Tests in his name which he scored in 1971. Virat Kohli innings of 82 have helped also him to become the captain with the third-highest score at MCG.

Know all about Sri Lanka’s tour of New Zealand 2018-2019

New Zealand National Cricket Team and Sri Lanka National Cricket Team will face each other in upcoming Sri Lanka’s tour of New Zealand that will start from tomorrow.

The tour will consist of three-match One Day International Series, two-match test series and one Twenty20 International. The tour will start with the longest format of the game from December 15 at Wellington and end with the shortest format of the game on January 11 at Auckland.

Before the series, a 3-day Practice Match had taken place between New Zealand XI and Sri Lanka National Cricket Team from December 8 at McLean Park, Napier. The 3-day Practice Match ended in a draw.

Now, New Zealand vs Sri Lanka test series will kick off from December 15 at Basin Reserve, Wellington with its first test. The second test will begin from December 26 at Hagley Oval, Christchurch.

Following the test series, the tour will witness three-match One Day International Series that is scheduled on 3 January 2019, 5 January 2019 and 8 January 2019 with 1st ODI, 2nd ODI, and 3rd ODI respectively.

The 1st ODI and 2nd ODI will take place at Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui while 3rd ODI will take place at Saxton Oval, Nelson. The tour will end on 11 January 2019 with its only Twenty20 International at Eden Park, Auckland.
